"No Indictment of #DarrenWilson would be a travesty of justice" and a slap in the face to "with liberty and justice for ALL"

An indictment based solely on fear of what will happen if no indictment is handed down would be a travesty!

If the forensic evidence shows he was wrong then arrest him!!!!!!!!

If forensic evidence shows he was in the scope of the law and his duty then all race baiters should apologize to Wilson. That includes Holder and Obama.

The forensic evidence shows Darren Wilson fired multiple shots at an unarmed Mike Brown while he was trying to get away from him after having been shot in the hand once.

The forensic evidence shows the kill shot was a shot to the top of Mike Brown's head.

The forensic evidence does not show Darren Wilsonm was in the scope of the law and his duty to protect and serve, not profile and kill.

An indictment based on on the forensic evidence is all we've ever demanded.

Calling out the troops, homeland security, and declaring a state of emergency, based solely on the fear of how people may react to a non indictment is a travesty to justice everywhere.

The race baiters should apologize to the family of Micheal Brown. That includes you and your pal Brian.

What forensic evidence showing that Darren Wilson fired multiple shots at an unarmed Mike Brown while he was trying to get away? Forensic evidence shows that Mike Brown was never shot in the back.

Forensic evidence does show that Darren Wilson was aware of the convenience store robbery and had called for backup after his initial encounter with Mike Brown and Dorian Johnson.

I am not the one trying to race bait. I have never brought up race except to show counter examples to you. So please refrain from insulting me (one of YOUR forum rules) by calling me a race baiter.

The autopsy found material “consistent with products that are discharged from the barrel of a firearm” in a wound on Brown’s thumb, the autopsy says.

Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist in San Francisco who reviewed the report for the Post-Dispatch, said it “supports the fact that this guy is reaching for the gun, if he has gunpowder particulate material in the wound.”

Melinek, who is not involved in the investigation, said the autopsy did not support those who claim Brown was attempting to flee or surrender when Wilson shot him in the street.

I guess it depends on what your definition of forensic evidence is, because the video is not forensic evidence.
Forensic evidence is evidence obtained by scientific methods such as ballistics, blood test, and DNA test and used in court. Forensic evidence often helps to establish the guilt or innocence of possible suspects. Analysis of forensic evidence is used in the investigation and prosecution of civil as well as criminal proceedings. Forensic evidence can be used to link crimes that are thought to be related to one another. For example, DNA evidence can link one offender to several different crimes or crime scenes. This linking of crimes helps the police authorities to narrow the range of possible suspects and to establish patterns of for crimes to identify and prosecute suspects.

So tell me again what forensic evidence leads you to believe Darren Wilson was justified in being the judge, jury and executioner, by killing an unarmed Mike Brown?

PS "Melinek, who is not involved in the investigation, said the autopsy did not support those who claim Brown was attempting to flee or surrender when Wilson shot him in the street".
This right wing talking point has been debunked. The Official Michael Brown Autopsy Report Doesn't Say What the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Says It Does.
"The St. Louis Post-Dispatch article about the controversial leaked autopsy report quotes California forensics expert Dr. Judy Melinek extensively, but it turns out that she didn't say what the story says she did. If you think the official autopsy report exonerates Darren Wilson, blame it on a couple of reporters who blithely misquoted a forensics expert to -- apparently -- support the headline they wanted to write."

I do not believe anything yet. I have opinion. I saw the same 2-3 autopsy reports you did. The ones done by Browns family is the ONLY ONE that is not going along with the officers story and I do have problems with that!! The other two are independent! I am waiting on the Grand Jury and I will STAND behind their decision. They are the ones who will HEAR ALL the evidence. NOT US! Although sometimes flawed our justice system is the best we have.If they say indict them he will be arrested and that is that. If they say he was in his right due to Browns dna on his gun then he should be left alone and people should go back to normal and not loot, steal commit violence etc!!

P.S. EVERYONE knows you do not grab an officers gun. There is NEVER a reason to do so!!!

We don't know when or if Mike Brown tried to grab the officers gun, we do know Mike Brown was shot in the hand at close range. that he tried to get away, that Darren Wilson got out of his car and shot him multiple times, killing him in the middle of street in broad daylight. If the grand jury does not indict Darren Wilson for shooting and killing an unarmed Mike Brown I will not stand by their verdict.

We debated on another topic about the KKK making threats and I told you black organizations were advocating violence but you delete that. Here is a link on the most liberal site ever Huffingtonpost telling that story.

Video analysis is part of the forensic sciences. So the video is forensic evidence.

The video does not justify Darren Wilson shooting and killing an unarmed Mike Brown in the street in broad daylight.

There is a difference between saying "We are paying $5k cash for location of Ofc. Darren Wilson. Real $, no joke, no crime we just wana [sic] get his photo an [sic] ask him a few questions," RbG Black Rebels Tweeted on Nov. 9.

And threatening to use lethal force on protestors.

Do you really think they only want to ask him questions?

Redeye said...

Yes, we want justice not vengeance. All we have ever wanted was for Darrin Wilson to be arrested and tried in a court of law before of a jury of his peers and explain why he shot and killed an unarmed Mike Brown in the middle of the street in broad daylight. The fact that he went into hiding afterwards says to me he knows he did something wrong. The Lawyers on TeeVee call it consciousness of guilt.

Anonymous said...

That is what a grand jury does. They hear the evidence to even see if there is enough to go to trial!
He went into hiding because he was afraid he may be done like Reginald Denny! Other groups have advocated violence what do you think they would do to Wilson?

Redeye said...

The only group advocating violence is the KKK.
