It would be great to live in a country that has outgrown its painful
history of hatred and violence. Sadly, it appears that America may still
have some growing left to do.
It seems like every year we get some brainiac who thinks it a good idea to do something incredibly tasteless, but this certainly ranks up with
the worst. The “costume” includes Trayvon in blackface, wearing a
hoodie, with a big red blood stain on his chest. The Zimmerman
character sports a “neighborhood watch” t-shirt, and while posing for
the camera, Zimmerman pretends to shoot Trayvon.
Boo!
