#DomesticViolence in Black and White

Legal Schnauzer: Football Star Ray Rice Gets Cut For Domestic Abuse, While Federal Judge Mark Fuller Still Has His Job
The public should not rest until Mark Fuller has been held accountable. And clear signs of racial favoritism in these two cases should not be ignored.

A Tale of Two Thugs
Mark Fuller is a judge in the federal district court in Alabama, and not an obscure one. It was Fuller who presided over the trial and conviction of former Alabama governor Don Siegelman, which stank more than a little, and which made Fuller famous among federal district judges in the South. In August, Fuller was arrested for knocking his wife around an Atlanta hotel.

BenRothelisberger says he's praying for Ray Rice
It was four years ago when Roethlisberger was the first player suspended under the NFL's personal conduct policy. He was accused of sexually assaulting a Georgia college student following a night of drinking in a Milledgeville, Georgia, bar in March 2010. He was not charged.

Ray Rice's wife defends husband and attacks media, as well she should.
“To make us relive a moment in our lives that we regret every day is a horrible thing,” she wrote in part on Instagram. “To take something away from the man I love that he has worked his ass off for all his life just to gain ratings is a horrific [sic]. THIS IS OUR LIFE! What don’t you all get. If your intentions were to hurt us, embarrass us, make us feel alone, take all happiness away, you’ve succeeded on so many levels. Just know we will continue to grow & show the world what real love is!”
Janay Palmer doesn't deserve the victim blaming.  She only deserves your support.  Amen.
Likewise, it's not our place to ask Palmer why she decided to marry Rice after the elevator incident. Reconciliation doesn't take away from the abuse she suffered, nor does it excuse Rice's actions. It's that very judgment that silences so many abused women, burying their pain under layers of guilt. In a country where one in four women are assaulted in their lifetime they need our support, not condemnation.
We aren't seeing Mark Fullers wife's name being dragged through the mud.

We aren't seeing Mark Fullers wife's face all over the media.

People aren't questioning why Mark Fuller's wife.... stayed.

We don't hear people telling Mark Fuller you don't play Rock-em Sock-em Robots with Barbie Dolls

 I'm just saying....#ItIsAboutRace
