Where are all of the Constitution Thumpers when African Americans constitutional rights are violated?

EYE should be celebrating a joyous and historic  time,  but EYE find myself Pi$$ed Off instead.

Eight years ago, Hillary Clinton famously said her first White House bid had put“about 18 million cracks” in the glass ceiling, one for each voter who’d cast a ballot for her in the 2008 primary.
On Tuesday, that glass ceiling finally came down.
Clinton was formally named the Democratic nominee for president at her party’s convention in Philadelphia, making her the first woman ever to top a major party’s ticket for the White House.
More than 200 other women have sought the presidency since 1872, but none have come this far. The female Democratic leaders gathered in Philadelphia this week have waited their entire lives to see one of their own reach this point, just a step away from the Oval Office. To them, Clinton’s nomination represents the culmination of decades of work devoted to tearing down the barriers women have faced seeking high office in America.
Despite having a black judge, prosecutor, and mayor all charges were dropped against all six of the police officers in the death of #Freddie Grey.
Prosecutors in Baltimore dropped all charges against the three remaining Baltimore police officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray despite holding firm in their belief that Gray's death was a homicide.
“We do not believe that Gray killed himself. We stand by the medical examiner's determination that Freddie Gray’s death was a homicide," Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby told reporters this morning, delivering a strong defense for her decision to prosecute six officers involved in Gray's death.

At the motion’s hearing for State v Garrett Miller this morning, prosecutors announced they would not pursue the remaining cases related to the arrest and death of Gray, bringing to an end one of the most closely watched police prosecutions in the country. The gag order against all parties involved, including prosecutors and defense attorneys and their clients, has also been rescinded.
Then EYE find out Republican Presidential nominee,  Donald Trump is calling on the Russia to help him take down his political opponent.  Uh, isn't that like Treason...

We The Peeps dare not unite,  organize, rise up,  and exercise the First Amendment , because our Government will label the protest(ers) violent and roll out their tax payer funded, government  issued weapons of mass destruction and kill up a bunch of us.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

EYE will wait.

Riddle me this...Riddle me that #BlackLivesMatter #MarilynMosby #FreddieGray #Baltimore

Image result for graphic of the riddler riddle me this

Why do we have to protest every time a black person is killed by police?

The loss and injustice inflicted on Black families by Baltimore's long history of violence, racism and corruption in law enforcement has been devastating. In 2014, all of the people killed by Baltimore police were Black. And over the past five years, the city has paid millions to people injured and paralyzed by police "rough rides."
The charges wouldn't have happened without brave, courageous Black folks in Baltimore and across the country standing up to demand justice for Freddie Gray. Mosby's decision to prosecute is an important step forward on the road towards justice in this case, and it's a testament to the power of everyday people organized in collective action.

If looting a liquor store makes you a "thug", what does beating someone to death & nearly severing their spine make you?
"I wanted to clarify my comments on 'thugs.' When you speak out of frustration and anger, one can say things in a way that you don't mean," she wrote. "That night we saw misguided young people who need to be held accountable, but who also need support. And my comments then didn't convey that."
Many who took issue with Rawlings-Blake's use of "thugs," including some of her fellow city leaders, argued that the word is racially charged. Baltimore City Councilman Carl Stokes suggested on Tuesday night that instead of calling the protesters "thugs," she may as well have used the n-word.
Are there applications for the role of sellout on TV, and how much does the job pay?   From the files of putting a black face on racist racism:

Exhibit A:
  • Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke slammed Michelle Mosby for 'rushing this thing through' by delivering verdict a day after report was filed
  • He claims in his experience she would need four days to read the material
  • Adds that he believes there could be a civil case but not a criminal one
  • Likens the investigation to Duke Lacrosse, when a student at Duke University falsely accused three lacrosse players of rape
So, when the State Attorney General, not to be confused with a a judge/jury, declares the Duke Lacross Rape Case a miscarriage of justice that's good, but when State Attorney Marilyn Mosby files charges against  the 6 police officers who chased down and arrested Freddie Gray for nothing, broke his neck, severed his spine and refused to offer medical aide that's a rush to judgement?

Huh?

No More Mister Nice Blog: THE RIGHT HAS A NEW ERIC HOLDER

No More Mister Nice Blog: THE RIGHT HAS A NEW ERIC HOLDER

It's being argued that she should recuse herself, in part because of her ties to the Gray family's lawyer:

Her electoral victory in the Democratic primary, over former state's attorney Gregg Bernstein, was a surprise to many. After the victory, she set up a transition committee that included Baltimore attorney William H. "Billy" Murphy, who is representing Gray's family. Murphy was among Mosby's largest campaign contributors last year, according to The Baltimore Sun. He donated $5,000 to her campaign.
However:

The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) also donated to her campaign, the Sun reported.
Right-wingers nationwide are echoing this. That's rich, because when you talk about any campaign finance reform in this country, right-wingers howl about money being free speech and accuse you of hating the Constitution. Also, I know of no right-wingers who thought Staten Island DA Dan Donovan should have recused himself in the Eric Garner chokehold case, even though he's been endorsed by New York police unions, including Patrick Lynch's Patrolemen's Benevolent Association. (Donovan, of course, did not obtain an indictment in the Garner case, and is now running in a special congressional election, which he's expected to win this coming Tuesday.)

There is more than a whiff of hypocrisy.
