Real liberal quotes, by real liberals, for real liberals

"Well, there's a certain mean spiritless that's out there, not only in Alabama but it's in America. And that makes this election extremely important."~Alabama State Senator Hank Sanders

Scott Beason is the south end of a northbound mule
He meant it as a slur on African-Americans. He wasn't just "being wrong." He is an Alabama pol in the Sessions/Shelby mold, only with less intelligence. ~LynnK

It bothers me that those statements are allowed to stand as if there is no dispute that Black people are ignorant and illiterate and that our vote can be purchased with free food and a trip to the casino. ~CaliSister

The day we get a million signatures on a petition not just to save an innocent man's life, but to roll back the prison state ---- that will be the day we know we have a movement that can free the next wave of Troy Davises, the day we are close to welcoming them back to help heal and rebuild their own lives, our broken families and our devastated communities. ~Bruce Dixon

African Americans are very proud that there is an African American man who is the most powerful man in the world, and they hold on to that with everything they possibly can,But it’s starting to slip because of the pain of the African American community.” ~Representative Maxine Waters

Every time the black community attempts to verbalize their experiences and air grievances, they're told they're just "whining." Or being "hyper-sensitize." Or "ungrateful." What some of these folks want is for blacks to finally shut the f#*k up about themselves and their troubles, so whites will no longer have to feel uncomfortable about interacting with blacks or feel guilty about NOT interacting with blacks, and so they won't have to hear or see stories of how their parents, grandparents and great-great grandparents treated blacks, or have to deal with the whole "sins of the father" issue. And yes, these are white liberals thinking these things, but they'll never let on to it, even outside of polite company.~Mack Lyons

I'll never understand that the party that pretends to care so much for the fetus, cares so little for it once its born. ~ms_teacher

Voters can't be shamed or intimidated into supporting this president or any other. They can only be persuaded.~Gene Lyons

I end tonight where it all began for me: I still believe in a place called Hope.~President Bill Clinton

"I dare to imagine a country where every child I hold in my hands, are all God's children, regardless of the color of their skin, regardless of whether they're boy or girl, regardless of religion, regardless of rich or poor, that every child I hold in my hands, will have the same chance to reach her full potential or his full potential. That is the goodness of our country. That is the essence of the American dream." ~Senator Paul Wellstone

Government can't solve the problem. Government IS the problem." - Ronald Reagan

Ronald Reagan WAS the Government. And I agree, he was the problem.

SO IS OBAMA! Why do people continue to say its racism when you do not like the job Obama has done? It is absurd! He is not the first African black (whatever) president he is 1/2 white and 1/2 black!!

It's time to let people complain and not be labeled a racist but that seems to be the answer to everything. I'm black that's why I can't get a job or get stopped by the cops or get put to death or etc etc etc The time for excuses is over!! It's not always about being black!!!! It's always someone else at fault It's time for the complainers to take a hard look in the mirror!

If it's not racism what is it F U?

FED UP said...

What it is a normal complaint like any other complaint! IE I did not get that job because.....I was not qualified I was not up to date on computers etc etc I got pulled over by the cops because I was speeding, ran a stop sign, had no tag, had my music to loud etc etc the president sucks because I do not agree with his policies, I do not like it this that etc etc etc. It's like any other complaint IT'S NOT ALL RACIAL!!!!!!!!!!!

It's never the persons fault it's always someone else! Job,s, arrested, education, etc etc etc

If a COMPLAINT is made about Obama that's what it is a COMPLAINT! It has nothing to do with him being 1/2 black!!!!!!!!!!!! He's white to so if a black complains can we say the black is prejudice because Obama is white??????!!!!

What if it is racism F U?

It is maybe 10% of the time! What about white racism it happens but most blacks ignore it! It's also maybe 10% of the time!

Black silence in the face of black racism has to be one of the biggest betrayals of the civil rights struggle that included black and white Americans.

There is no such thing as black racism F U. Racism is a function of power and white supremacy. Blacks don't have a documented history of oppression towards whites (Slavery/Jim Crow).

The poison was once overt and "out there." You could see the symptoms as plain as day. Over time, it evolved into something so vague, so transparent, that it's become something akin to AIDS -- it may look like it's all good on the outside, but there's a war going on inside.

And what gives you the right (pun intended) to say when something is racist/racism or not? Who gets to decide if it's racist/racism...the victim...or the victimizer?

WHITE RACISM

Niggas in the church say: kill whitey all night long ... the white man is the devil ... the CRIPS and Bloods are soldiers I’m recruiting with no dispute; drive-by shooting on this white genetic mutant ... let’s go and kill some rednecks ... Menace Clan ain’t afraid ... I got the .380; the homies think I’m crazy because I shot a white baby; I said; I said; I said: kill whitey all night long ... a nigga dumping on your white ass; fuck this rap shit, nigga, I’m gonna blast ... I beat a white boy to the motherfucking ground”;

“Kill Whitey”; Menace Clan, Da Hood,

“Kill the white people; we gonna make them hurt; kill the white people; but buy my record first; ha, ha, ha”

“Kill d’White People”; Apache, Apache Ain’t Shit, 1993, Tommy Boy Music, Time Warner, USA.

Since black comedians can say nearly anything they want about white people as part of their comedy routines while white comedians are forbidden from using any stereotypes about minorities of any stripe in their routines for fear of being seen as racist, one has to ponder whether or not racism against white folks is considered impossible.

On more than one occasion, the argument has been made that it’s not racist to make wholesale negative remarks about white people because they are in the majority and therefore “in power”. The idea is that you can only be a racist if you are in a position to oppress someone.

This argument confuses “discrimination” with “racism”. For behavior to be racist, it is only required to be based on stereotypical (and usually negative) thinking. Most racist commentary is meant to belittle those who are different in appearance from oneself as a means of elevating oneself

WHITE RACISM
http://rightbias.com/News/031508race.aspx

Geraldine Ferraro is the latest casualty in the ongoing race war, which, oddly enough, has only white casualties. Geraldine was forced to step down from Hillary's campaign because she dared exercise her first amendment right, suggesting Obama wouldn't be succeeding in the Democratic nomination battle if he weren't black.

Whether or not her comment is valid will never be debated. For daring to offer an opinion on the subject of race, she has been cast from polite society. Her sin? Opining on race while being white. According to unwritten rules, only blacks are allowed to discuss, well, being black in America.

The Sharptons and the Jacksons have cuckolded two generations of blacks (Blacks?) into white racism. The accepted party line on race is, anything that goes wrong is whitey's fault. Everyone is racist (if you can't see that its because its silent 'institutional' racism). And the only way to be an authentic black is to join the grievance community and make victimhood the defining characteristic of one's being.

America is forced to dance the race dance. To abide by whatever rules the black community decides to sets. Its hard, however, because the rules differ from group to group, depending on skin color. While a white could possibly be jailed for saying nigger, the airwaves are filled with blacks saying nigger. Oh, and when is the last time you heard of a black-on-white 'hate crime'?

The rules stipulate that blacks are not to be held accountable for their own actions. Whatever they do wrong is either because of the oppression of their great-grandparents, or whitey's fault.

The rules stipulate that the barest mention of race is enough to earn the title of racism. Unless you're black. The rules also stipulate that black conservative role models like Thomas Sowell, Condoleeza Rice, Walter Williams, Shelby Steele, Clarence Thomas, etc., are not part of the authentic black community. Colin Powell, a liberal, is.

Martin Luther King's dream has turned into a nightmare. Instead of being judged by the content of one's character, Americans are now judged, in large part, based on their skin color. (At least, white Americans are.) All Americans are being forced to ignore reality and parrot whatever nonsense is deemed acceptable by the powers that be. No debate, case closed. Its enough to make one a racist.
