Blame Obama. That is the republican plan in a nutshell. They are counting on that segment of voters who hate Obama more than they love themselves, to get out and vote the drunk frat boys back into office, so they can drive the country back into the ditch.
The republicans are also counting on democrats being so stoopid they will vote for a republican to get back at Obama.
I will tell you right (pun intended) now, it will be a cold day in hell I before a vote for a TeaPublithug. The only way I will vote for a TeaPulithug is if they are pro choice, pro civil rights, equal rights and human rights, pro union, pro universal health care, anti war and pro public schools.
To be clear, the republican strategy is to blame President Obama for their miserable failures. They must think we are stoopid.

NYC to blow $127 Million on programs for black and Hispanics aged 16-24 only.
NYC is about to dump $127 million into programs aimed solely at closing the “broad disparities slowing the advancement of black and Latino young men.” The money will pay for programs to teach black and Hispanic males that crime is bad and that they should take care of the children they father.
Others programs including will be free tutoring for black and Hispanic men, and special make work government jobs for blacks and Hispanic males living in housing projects.
The entire program is a classic “white man’s burden” scheme dreamed up by disingenuous white liberals. NYC Billionaire mayor Bloomberg is giving $30 million of his own money. Another $67 million is coming from extreme leftist George Soros, who uses his ill gotten billions to finance left-wing movement all over the world. The rest will be paid by the taxpayers.
The $127 million amounts to $86 for every “at-risk” black and Hispanic male between 16 and 24 in the city.
FED UP's comment is proof of the republican plan. They are counting on the FED UPs of America to care more about putting black folks in their place, sending them there illegals back to Mexico (except the ones who work for them), keeping poor women from choosing to have a safe, legal abortion, keeping gays from getting married, and busting up the unions than they care about themselves or their country. I just HOPE there are more of us than there are of them. Strike that. I just HOPE more of us get out and VOTE than them.
